Lovog Global Services Limited is a company incorporated in Lagos, Nigeria under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as an Oil and gas, Telecommunication, information technology, Agricultural company. It was registered in 2009.
We are into oil and Gas, ICT ( Cyber Security), Marine support, Engineering and manpower, Construction and maintenance, Procurement and equipment supply and Agriculture.
We are involved in farming and farming related commercial activities and all the steps required to send agricultural goods to market, and namely production, processing and distribution. Our farm is located in plateau state, but our consultancy services are nationwide. The essence of our farm is to help improve humanistic and economic welfare of Nigerians, reducing poverty, providing employment and providing sustainable agricultural products and services.
Since 2009, Lovog Global is been involved in the provisioning of innovative and professional service to Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Agricultural and various Government agencies in relation to project management, manpower supply, procurement, integrity management, security, facility maintenance, engineering design and consultancy service.
Our services over the years have been customer focused and diversified. Thus, ensuring to engage in a concerted effort working affiliation to realize a shared commitment to various project goals.
Board of Directors:
The board is responsible for reviewing and approving strategies, policies, budget and corporate actions formulated by management. In line with the Nigerian code of Corporate Governance, Board meetings are held at least quarterly and at such other times as the Directors deem necessary.
Mr. H. Okupa- Chairman.
H. Okupa has over 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as a corporate executive, business strategy advisor in global energy markets. Henry’s expertise span in strategy development, operations, performance management and general supplies of industrial Hardware’s and software’s for the oil and gas industries. He also has a vast knowledge of experience in Agribusiness industry having been in the consultancy space in the Agricultural sector.
Henry is also plug into the information technology industry as a systems Engineer and Cyber security professional. He is an alumni of Rivers State university of science and technology Port Harcourt, he holds a BSC in Agricultural Economics and extension services, He also holds an (MAB) from Kansas state university, Manhattan Kansas USA in Agribusiness. He is Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL and CompTIA certified.
Mrs. E. Umukoro.
E. Umukoro is a seasoned administrator with a host of experience spanning into decades in the public, private and academics sectors respectively. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Benin. She is adviser/ consultants to several institutions.
Mr. E Okupa.
He has both a Bachelors and Master’s degrees in fisheries Technology from River’s state University of science technology. He has held so many managerial roles in major industries in areas of strategic planning, corporate transformation and coordination and performance measures, He has experience in marketing and business development, risk management and performance monitoring
